The Quiet Provision (Original)

We all have "winter seasons" where we are in the thick of hard things or times where we feel isolated, alone, or unseen. As I watched the birds over the winter and how they did not fret over their food or shelter, I noticed they were instead flourishing despite the harsh conditions.

It reminded me that even in our winter seasons, we have a Provider who never leaves us. 

While it may feel that we are alone, that the season we are in is desolate, dry, and barren, our Father always provides for us. And His provision isn't flashy; it doesn't come in a loud boisterous way. Instead I've found His provision comes in the quiet. He comes in ways others wouldn't notice, but you do. His provision may not be seen or noticed by others, but you know exactly in that moment it was He who sustained you.

Care: The best way to care for your painting is to have it in a frame with a small spacer between the painting and the glass. With it being a pastel painting, it can smudge if placed directly on the glass. It has been sprayed with a fixative. Your painting will also be happiest out of direct sunlight!
